-
Psychotherapy treatment duration varies based on individual needs. Treatment plans range from short-term, solution-focused therapy (3 sessions) to longer-term mental health care as needed. I will collaborate with you to establish an appropriate session frequency. Some clients may start with weekly or biweekly appointments and later transition to less frequent sessions as they feel comfortable.
-
The frequency of sessions will also depend on the individual's needs and treatment plan. Spiritual care and chaplaincy services are individually assessed, and spiritual direction is only offered to clients who are committed to longer-term spiritual accompaniment.
